Resident Liaison Officer for Mila Maintenance and Installation Alison Needham has a pivotal role to play in ensuring that works on site at Market Hill go according to plan. Her role is very much about engaging with the residents to ensure they understand exactly what is going to happen to their homes, and to their communal areas when it is time for the new fire doors to be installed. Just as important is her work with the site teams.
