Pace Resourcing is delighted to announce a new partnership with online installer marketplace UBoom.
UBoom has been designed to support installer and small businesses in the fenestration industry by supplying a wide range of business support tools. This includes free as well as paid for content.
For Pace Resourcing this meant identifying areas where installer businesses might need specific HR support, including the provision of simple easy to use employee contracts, and a fully inclusive employee handbook.
